Setting up an account with Gracious Eloise is quick and easy:
Simply, send us an email at info@graciouseloise.com and one of our dedicated team members will contact you directly to help you set up a Gracious Eloise account. We will also work with your marketing team and/or graphic designer to design and upload your digital stationery template(s). If you are a smaller company and do not have access to a designer, Gracious Eloise’s in-house designer will work with you to design your very own corporate stationery. Having your stationery digitally stored means no more inventory, no more spelling mistakes and no more waste. Go green, go gracious!

How do I send a handwritten note?
- Login: Once your account has been setup by the Gracious Eloise team, and you have been given a username and password, you can start sending personalized notes right away.
- Type: Write your note like you would write an email, with the added benefit of spell check!
- Proof: Preview the note in your personalized handwriting
- Send: Your note is sent to our printer, printed on card-stock paper, addressed, stamped with a first-class stamp and sent to your friend or client.

How do I get my handwriting?
Just follow these four easy steps and start sending handwritten notes using the Gracious Eloise web application in seconds:
- Write: You will receive a welcome package from the Gracious Eloise team, which will have your sample forms included. Fill out our handwriting sample form using a black felt tip pen. .
- Mail: Mail your handwriting sample to Gracious Eloise
- Process: We scan your handwriting and send it through our patent-pending quilltecht software which turns it into a digital version of your handwriting. Your virtual handwriting is securely stored and ready for use whenever you need it. Your digital handwriting will mimic the nuances of your natural handwriting – no two letters will look the same.
