Just follow a few simple steps and we will get your handwriting to you as quickly as possible:

  1. Fill out our sample form
  2. Mail your handwriting sample to Gracious Eloise
  3. We scan your handwriting and send it through our patent-pending Quilltech™ software which turns it into a digital version of your handwriting.
  4. We’ll send you an email when your handwriting has been processed and is ready for use

How does it work?

  1. Simply login with a username and password
  2. Choose a contact from your online address book, type a note in a textbox, spellcheck
  3. Review an onscreen proof
  4. Press send and your note is sent to our dedicated printing and mailing fulfillment house where it is stuffed in an envelope, addressed in the users handwriting and stamped with a real first class stamp. Mail is sent via United States Post Office within 24 hours.

How long does it take?

It will takes us 48 hours to process a users handwriting and we will send you an email when your account is setup and ready to go.

 

Won’t the customer know I didn’t write it?

If you are concerned that your customers, friends or family members will be disappointed that you did not pen your note rest assure, they will no doubt appreciate seeing a truly personalized note rather then a bill in there mailbox. It is always the thought that counts. Remember your taking the time to be gracious and that is what people remember.

 

What makes this different?

Digital handwriting is different from a font because every letter is unique just like a persons handwriting. At Gracious Eloise we are committed to preserving a little piece of history, you!

 

Security

Because we are dealing with people’s handwriting and signatures, security is a top concern. We plan to tackle security issues as soon as possible and take a ‘better safe than sorry’ approach to security. Our first defense is that the handwriting software and database will be located on a separate server than the customer data and web application. All communication between QuillTech and the web site plus any connections to the customers will require encryption (SSL for the web site and IPSec/SSH for inter-communication). Authentication tokens will be used for authorization combined with extensive logging and auditing of all interaction between systems.For data and website security, we will employ appropriate verifications and limitations similar to the banking industry, including but not limited to requiring strong passwords, encrypting passwords and sensitive data, additional verification for signatures and confirmation of email addresses.
